I’ve been gearing up all year for my sister-in-law’s summer wedding, and Michele and her husband finally tied the knot this past weekend! Now, I get to share all the details with you! While I had several projects to work on (like the personalized Bridal Shower Water Bottle Labels, courtesy of Party411, and the gorgeous flowers), I was delightfully surprised by many of the adorable details that Michele created over the past months. Check out her lemon and hydrangea centerpieces and shop our Custom Centerpieces for more inspiration!
Hydrangeas were the star of this wedding, and they looked beautiful spilling out of lemon filled mason jars at the center of each table. To prevent the flowers from soaking up lemon juice and wilting, we placed a separate thin vase filled with clean water in each mason jar. Then, we arranged three stems of white hydrangea to create a fluffy centerpiece. Michele also had sheer striped table runners, and she scattered aqua beads and votives around the vase. The centerpieces matched the color scheme perfectly; aqua, yellow, and white.
An aqua ribbon and table number finished off the centerpiece look. I loved that she attached her table numbers to the centerpiece; it was easy for guests to find their table and get seated.
Larger hydrangea arrangements were placed on cake, sign in, and buffet tables to draw the eye. I loved how she wrapped the jars in burlap to help balance the centerpiece and hide the flower stems.
The bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages were another sweet touch. Michele purchased all the flowers from Sam's Club Bulk Floral online. I took apart several white bunches of flowers and arranged the bouquets (see a picture of mine at the top), while the boutonnieres and corsages arrived ready to go. Overall, it was a cheaper option for flowers and still looked amazing!
