Ingredients (for 1 dozen)
- 6 eggs
- ¼ cup mayo
- Dash of black pepper and paprika
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- A green, yellow, and red pepper
Directions
1. Hard boil your 6 eggs, remove the shells, cut each egg in half, and remove the yolk into a separate bowl. If you’re unsure how to hard boil eggs, check out the many how-to sites, like this one. Apparently, hard boiling an egg is an art!
2. Crush the yolks with a fork until they are crumbled, and add your mayo, pepper, vinegar, salt, and mustard.
3. Liberally spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg halves and garnish with paprika.
4. Cut your peppers in half and remove the insides. Cut peppers into right triangles, and wedge each piece into the deviled egg. Arrange on a platter or a deviled egg tray, and your appetizer is ready to set sail!
