A few of us are pretty big Harry Potter fans here at Party411.com. There is a bit of vacation time being used tomorrow so we can go see Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. One of us is even throwing a release party.
We are having our own mini release party here at the office with a selection of fun Harry Potter themed foods (I brought in the Pumpkin Pasties). I thought I would share a few of my favorite Harry Potter recipes (and a few pictures from our attempts to make them!) -
Pumpkin Pasties – My favorite Harry Potter recipe! This is the one I used to make the pumpkin pasties in the picture above.
Butterbeer – No need to apparate to the Three Broomstick to get this Hogsmeade staple.
Acid Pops – You don’t have to go to Honeydukes Sweetshop to get these fun Harry Potter lollipops. Make them like Brian (or pick some up at CandyWarehouse.com)
Ron Weasley, HP3
Cauldron Cakes – Another favorite from the Express tea trolley. Make some and share them with a friend.
Pumpkin Juice – Here are five recipes to choose from. My favorite is #3.
Profesor Snape, HP4
Mrs. Weasley's Rock Cakes – Rock cakes are a very popular tea cake in Brittan. They derive their name from their appearance and not their texture; they are actually very light and tasty.
Ton-Tongue Toffees – Fred and George’s creation for Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes first tested on Dudley. This recipe will not do a number on your tongue, but it is very tasty.
Enjoy!

Our harry potter party supplies was great I also received a lot of compliments from the parents on the kids entertainers we had at the party.

Great post - this is a win-win: Harry Potter, Halloween and food! The most appealing recipe for me is the Cauldron Cakes.

This is a amazing post, I located your webpage looking around google for a related content and arrived to this. I couldnt come across to much alternative info on this write-up, so it was good to locate this one. I will likely be back to look at some other articles that you have another time.
